Our Review Breakdown:
We have a soft spot for the Taproom, as it is the location of our rehearsal dinner. We have always enjoyed the beer, food and atmosphere, although we’ve never been huge fan of the out of the way location (makes it a bit difficult to pub crawl). There is plenty of tabletops and bar seating, a cozy warm fire in one of the rooms, and a large party room for events. The bartender was very friendly and a wealth of information about the beers on tap. Decent happy hour prices (daily, 3-6 and 9-11) with a great selection of $4 MacTarnahan’s pup fare, including one of our personal favorites, Mini Corn Dogs. They also have excellent daily specials – on Sunday kids under the age of 12 eat for free with a paying adult. Fill’R Up Fridays are a bogo on growlers. Can’t beat that!
Highly recommend the $9 sampler with bartender recommendations.

• Note the sign in restroom, “Very hot water!” They mean it.
